Which countries do you ship to?
We currently offer international shipping to the following countries:
Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Israel, Norway and Seychelles.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most international orders arrive within 5–10 working days. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
No, you won't have to pay customs or import fees!
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside of the UK due to international customs and logistics restrictions.
What if my order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as expected, please contact our Customer Services team within 24 hours of receipt. We’ll review your case and, where appropriate, arrange a refund or replacement.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
We’ll do our best to accommodate cancellations, but as international orders are processed quickly, this may not always be possible. Please reach out to our team as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Do you offer free shipping internationally?
Not at this time — shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
